The Export star

Think about the positioning your company on all of the 6 criteria of the Export star by creating a matrix for each export market. If you manage to perform well on at least two axes, you have a chance of penetrating the market locally.

Communicate on these two axes and improve as much as possible the image of the other 4 components in order to succeed in your development.

The quality of a successful strategy is to fight on the two strongest assets in hand.

Often at international scale, to penetrate a new market, it will not be possible to aim for excellence in all criteria by lack of resources. Focus on at least 2 priority strenghts of the export star to sustain your international presence.
