- In my job as an exporter, what do I like the most ?
- What are my core values, my motivations ? Are they shared by my colleagues ?
- Can my values help me to fulfill myself professionally, to succeed internationally ?
- List the different areas that come into play in your international development (Strategies, business skills, operational tasks, finance, etc.).
- Which ones are going well and which ones don’t satisfy me ?
- What is my behavior with regard to the aspects to be improved ?
- Define the fastest ways to progress on these points.
- Make sure to start a new project for each of the business domains.
- What actions are you going to take immediately to change things ? What needs to change so that I can engage totally and with determination in my new personal projects ?
- What financial objectives do you think are satisfactory for the company ? For you ?
- Prioritize your action list. Which ones can you delegate ?
- Immediately establish an annual > monthly > weekly action plan with goals.
- Immediately delegate tasks that will save you time. If not, find a way to eliminate them.
- Every day take notes and write down the list of your tasks for the day. Remain flexible to allow you to better manage the planning gaps that you will have. Maintain a precise, clear course and stick to your objectives.
- Which business relationships in your network are most important to you and the company? What more do you expect from them?
- Do you think you can deepen this relationship to your advantage in a positive way ?
- Immediately plan in your calendar to devote time to each person to deepen this relationship.
- You must showcase yourself and make an impression during your international operations and have confidence in your image. Are there any points that you think should be improved in your personal pitch, your company presentation ?
- Rework your storytelling Immediately to master it completely.
- Are you satisfied with your appearance, your lifestyle, your style ?
- Do you have to change something in your look to have full confidence in your image ?
- If you want to change your look, go immediately to treat yourself for shopping. Self-confidence but also the image that one projects are of considerable importance in commercial relations.
- If you don’t have time to exercise, make sure to schedule your first exercise sessions in your calendar right away.
- What do you plan to change in your habits to balance your diet ?
Now you answered all the questions, you have a clearer vision about where you stand and where you want to go and how to achieve your full potential. Do you control all the assets to have your destiny in hands ? What are the things in your way that are slowing you down ? Can you eliminate them ?
